Our Story

Our Journey to become CEOs' trusted HR & Business Advisor

Hashera is Founded

Camelia founded Hashera as a response to the calling to expand her impact beyond the borders of a single business.

What do you do when you constantly have business people seeking your advice, when you get feedback on how well different initiative have worked, on how powerful your questions or transformative your trainings have proved?

Well, you build your own company.

And that proved to be the best decision because, since day one, Camelia was flooded with projects from various industries and different companies ranging from 2 people company up to big multinational corporates.

As just one example, right at the beginning of Hashera, Camelia undertook the project of recruiting and selecting people for the biggest nuclear plant in the world, a highly challenging task due to its very niched pool of candidates.

Hashera is Growing

When you constantly develop your expertise because you want to provide the best solutions and tools and when you put so much passion into your work, recognition comes inevitably and Camelia finds that one project leads to another.

An organisational diagnosis within a transportation company leads to an ongoing consultancy contract, a Customer of the coaching practice calls her to run a Team Development Programme for her company, a recruiting project leads to expansion of Executive and Career Coaching practice and the creation of a Leadership Programme, and so on.

This is a very fruitful time for Hashera and a big part of the creative process during this time can be seen in Hashera’s Signature Programmes which have been tested and perfected over these many years.

A Partner Joins In

Camelia is joined by Alice in June 2020 and this marks the beginning of yet another expansion moment for Hashera.

Alice brings to the mix her operational and business management experience increasing Hashera’s ability to respond even more knowledgeable to business owners’ and CEOs' burning business issues.

Camelia and Alice complement each other and since joining forces, out of their creative powerhouse came additional Signature Programmes.

These bring into focus more business oriented solutions to the hot topics on companies' current agenda: Innovation Week Programme, Agility Programme, Customer Centric Programme, and so on.

Hashera Goes On

This is a chapter we will continue to write and rewrite as we are going to transform and grow ourselves just as we help other companies do.

We are launching this new website, with a better way of spreading our message and adding technology behind it as we want to present our Services and Programmes to a wider audience, in all parts of the World.

Camelia Tatarau

Senior HR Consultant,

I am a psychologist and for over 13 years I have been focusing on people's lives in organizations and on the actual ways to support them reach their maximum potential. I have a rich experience in human resources management, both locally and internationally.

I am passionate about positive psychology,

neuroscience, and human development. After a long time of corporate life, I founded Hashera to offer my support to more companies and people.

I’ve just completed my second training in cognitive behavioural therapy, which brought me deeper understanding of people's motivations and the mechanisms behind their behaviours, as well as a new range of solutions for human growth, in their private life or as part of an organization.

I love what I do, I love life in general, and working with people. My dream is that everybody works smart and achieves their professional dreams while having fun and really enjoying what they do.

Alice Alexandrian

People say they get a great, positive energy when interacting with me and feel uplifted. I am the driving force for the change that is needed. Technology and People are the power duo that I love to bring together.

I started working when I was 15, in the family business that was taking off. Being a part of it for 14 years, until it grew up to 10,000 employees, and during a big downsize, gave me a solid background in operations, HR, and general business management.

But the greatest growth was during those 4 years as a Managing Director of a business with 100 employees, together with whom we had incredibly good results.

Next came greater focus on Customer Experience and the desire for more direct interaction and larger impact. This brought me to Hashera.
